British Marine had a third Supermarine Sea Eagle, G-EBFK, written off in a crash on 30th November 1923; in 1926 the Supermarine Swan, G-EBJY, was loaned for evaluation on the Guernsey route, but was scrapped in 1927; on 5th November 1929 an RAF Supermarine Southampton was registered G-AASH and lent to replace the Calcutta City of Rome, lost at sea.
