We are very honoured that the team who are presently building the HP42 replica, have given us certain details for publication on this Imperial Airways website. The next few pages have been devised to give a brief outline of the project and also historical details of the HP42 aircraft. We have been reminded to say that this project is privately run and funded, and at the present time the team are not interested in publicising themselves or disclosing further project details. The project not only cover the replica aircraft build but also the historical research into the aircraft. Any project details that are to be released, are only available to people who join our club - 'Club Imperial' and not published on this website, to be fair to our members.
	A documentary and book are currently being produced which cover how we researched the project from day one, the construction of the aircraft, and the team behind it.
