SINGLE FARES - PASSENGER RATES ENGLAND - AUSTRALIA
	ENGLAND - FRANCE, ITALY, GREECE, EGYPT, PALESTINE, IRAQ, THE PERSIAN GULF, INDIA, BURMA, SIAM, HONG KONG, MALAYA, AUSTRALIA. Through fares are quoted in English £. Local fares between Karachi and Rangoon (or intermediately) are quoted in Rupees. Local fares within the Netherlands Indies are quoted in local currency and between Darwin and Brisbane (or intermediately) are quoted in Australian £ and shillings. Fares are inclusive of all accommodation, meals, surface transport, and tips en route, except in the case of local journeys between Darwin and Brisbane (or intermediately), where hotel accommodation and meals at night stops are at the expense of the passenger. RETURN TICKETS A reduction equivalent to 20% (twenty per cent) of the single fare for the homeward journey is allowed on return tickets taken in advance. These fares are subject to alteration without notice.
	* - This section in Rupees. Through fares from Penang and points west thereof (including Hong Kong) to Sourabaya, Rambang and Koepang are arrived at by adding the local fare to the fare to Singapore.
